Shipping & Polices
A flat rate of $10 applies to all orders under $164 across Australia. If your purchase is $165 and up... then your shipping is FREE (within Australia & tracked). We use Australia Post, so orders are delivered weekdays and unfortunately do not come with a guaranteed delivery time. Tracking details will be sent to you so you can follow the journey of your order. Please contact us if there is an issue with your delivery. Orders with flat rate postage are fulfilled within 48 hours.
$15 or less Australia-wide. Express orders are prioritised and will be sent via Australia Post on business days. Your order will be sent same day if received before 3 pm. Postage time depends on Australia Post and your location. Tracking details will be sent to you.
We ship Internationally. At the moment, due to COVID-19, delivery times are very variable and, whilst we haven’t found problems with parcels not being received, there are some extensive delays to some countries. Please contact us more information if you have questions or concerns about overseas shipping.
Unfortunately we don't offer free returns so please choose carefully.
We do not accept returns on any cut fabric as these are bespoke orders.
Damages and issues
Please inspect carefully your order upon reception and contact us immediately with thelittleclothmerchant.com if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If products are misused we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused. So please read care instructions on items, we will not accept responsibly for any damage done.
Unfortunately we don't offer free exchanges so please choose carefully.
We will notify you once we’ve received your email about damage or issues of your order and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
We cannot accept returns on cut or washed fabric. Please check your fabric carefully for faults before proceeding with cutting and sewing.
If you do find a fault with your fabric before cutting or you have received damaged or faulty goods, please notify us by email within 7 working days of receipt of your order. Please get into contact with us at email@example.com
Where possible we will try and replace your cloth or goods, if this is not possible we will issue a full refund including shipping costs. You will be refunded by the original method of payment, debit/credit card. We do not offer credit notes.
We will reimburse any delivery costs you incur returning the item to us. Please retain proof of postage. Please try and include your original packing slip with your return. We will need your full name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and order number to process your return
- We only store information needed to conduct business with you. We may use this information to contact you about your order, for example failed credit card transactions, incomplete order information or stock availability.
- We will never sell or provide access to your details to third parties other than as part of processing your order. For example, we may disclose your details to our payment gateway providers, Australia Post or courier companies in order to send your orders to you.
